The Transition Community of Practice, (Trans CoP) supports meaningful exchange of information, innovation, practice improvement, compliance, structural change and cultural support for administering transition-related efforts within Michigan; all while having lunch at regular MAASE Tuesday meetings. Please join us! MAASE, in partnership with Michigan Transition Outcomes Project (MI-TOP), are working jointly on training and forums around postsecondary education, employment and adult living for students with IEPs. Student graduation, exit status and engagement are also on the agenda for 2012-13.
