Marcia obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and Ed. Specialist degree from Michigan State. She also attended The University of Michigan.
Marcia worked as a General Education Teacher and a Special Education Teacher in Secondary EMI and as a LD Resource Room Teacher.
Marcia was also a Director of Special Education at Haslett Schools.
A colleague notes that Marcia has helped coordinate a state-wide curriculum project, has presented this curriculum at several county and state-wide in-services, and continues to hold meetings to add appendices in order to make this curriculum as complete as possible. This project has resulted in a wonderful resource for center programs across the State.
