Beta Testing
- Teachers and students in secondary transition programs explore the Beta Version of modules to identify "bugs" and issues to be fixed
- Provide feedback on modules through a survey
- Commitment: Kick-off meeting for set-up and instructions; classroom usage for 2-4 weeks
Focus Groups
- Educators provide feedback via a structured protocol combined with freeform discussion
- Focus is on identifying commonalities and themes regarding overall practice and lesson design rather than the technical aspects of the modules
- Commitment: A one-time commitment of 1-2 hours
Learning Lab
- PLC learners strengthen their leadership presentation, and facilitation skills
- Deepen their understanding of module use and how best to support and lead teachers/students
- Commitment: 6 online and/or in person sessions, once monthly Oct - April
MSU Research
- Dr. Emily Bouck examines the online modules and work with students with disabilities
- Commitment: 3-5 baseline sessions, intervention session and 2 maintenance sessions per student
Professional Learning Community (PLC)
- Educators learn about and explore modules with colleagues from around the state
- Collaborative sessions are intentionally designed to share instructional insights and strategies
- Commitment: 6 onlines sessions, once monthly Oct - April
