Event Details
This webinar series introduces participants to the 4C’s of building a Resilient School Culture–a holistically healthy culture where all members are equipped and supported to collectively achieve growth and mastery. The series will be led by Rebekah Schipper and Betty Rosen-Leacher, the Executive Director and Program Manager for Opportunity Thrive–a nonprofit focused on building healthier staff cultures and more resilient educators in order to not just retain our educators but ensure that they feel passionate and purposeful in the important mission of education. This 4 part series is designed to help participants explore their personal barriers to enjoying their work and the collective barriers that inhibit true collective efficacy in our schools and districts. While only an introduction to the work, participants will walk away with transformative practices for themselves and their colleagues.
